When we are asked what a Hog Roast Rathnew catering package includes, the short answer to that is pretty much anything you want it to! If we are catering for your event, there is no such thing as a typical event catering package, because we tailor each one to the specific needs and wishes of the particular client. What we can do though is give you an insight into what to expect when it comes to the planning, preparation and execution of your menu, and how we will ensure everything is just how you want it down to the smallest detail.
The menu
We will listen carefully to your requirements and make any recommendations based on the theme, occasion and size of your event, any special dietary needs of your guests and the style of menu you would like, as well as your budget restrictions. Whether you want a simple buffet or a complex fine dining menu, every dish will be tailormade to your specifications and presented in your preferred style.
The staff
We are an adaptable bunch here at Hog Roast Rathnew, and we can multitask to the max with a minimum level of staff onsite. Our catering assistants and expert hog roast chef will make sure you and your guests want for nothing. If you are planning a more formal sit-down meal, we can supply our professional events staff to perform front of house duties and provide table service.
The extra details
As well as delivering excellent food and service, we can provide all of the extra touches to complete the package, including high-quality napkins, table clothes, serving tables and catering gazebos, crockery and cutlery.
The logistics
Hog Roast Rathnew are highly experienced in providing complete catering solutions in all manner of settings. Whether it is a venue we are partnered with or we are venturing into a new area, we can travel to and cater in any outdoor location. We don’t require onsite power or kitchen facilities, and we can provide any volume of food in any environment. We will also diligently take care of all the cleaning and ensure all waste is removed and disposed of appropriately off site after the event.
