Chicken Spit – Our purpose designed chicken spits sit atop our hog roast machines, slowly cooking up to 36 large chickens to tasty perfection. The chicken spit accessory can also be used to cook sides of beef, legs of lamb, multiple vegetables, or even large fish.

I liked the array of hot sauces that accompanied the meal options. The guests were impressed. Many went back for seconds! The staff set up efficiently and cleared away without a fuss. Nathan was amazing to work with and as someone who always misses out on food because of my intolerances, it was really special for me to have every option available. We served the leftover pork with bread at 10pm which went down a storm and then we served it again the next day for our day 2 bbq. It was even nicer the 2nd day! The lads on the day were such a pleasure to have in the garden as well. We'll certainly be forwarding SpittingPig details to our friends who have upcoming weddings!!

Clean and tidy and well organised money well spent ! I panicked that there was too much food as not as many guys turned up as expected, but there were seconds and thirds and a lot of full tums. The whole process from booking to confirmation and payment was easy, with friendly staff to speak to with some queries. Our catering manager/chef on the night was Nathan and he was great. He called me the day before to go through the timings and I felt confident he knew what he was doing. Nathan and his team arrived on time, set up and got on with it! I visited Dublin during my last holiday, and despite all the sights and history, Spitting Pig's hog roast may well be my favourite thing about the place! Absolutely dazzling side dishes, and the best pork I've ever tasted. Best catering company ever. Highly recommended.
