Hog Roast New Ross’s latest clients were after a very special catering package. The client’s guests were the many union bosses and representatives from some of the biggest unions in the country. As such it was imperative that the meeting go very smoothly, including the cuisine. Sot they immediately turned to Hog Roast New Ross.
Hog Roast New Ross pride themselves on being the perfect caterers for every single occasion. With them at the helm of the catering for this event the clients were sure that the meeting would go without a hitch. The menu for the event was specifically chosen to provide lots of tasty food for all the workers and meant that the meeting would be remembered fondly by all that attended.
The 170 guests were treated to a tasty lunchtime buffet that was created fresh at the conference venue on the day of the meeting by the Hog Roast New Ross Catering Manager and two assistants. There was plenty of space to set up the cooking equipment and serving tables so the team could get straight to work.
The buffet for lunch included vegetarian and vegan dishes as well as meat selections. Alongside the Local Free Range Slow Roasted Chicken served with chipolata sausage, stuffing and homemade onion gravy, there was also a whole roast salmon vegetarian option and a lovely vegan choice of grilled vegetable wraps. Also on offer at the buffet was Crispy Thai Salad, a very popular Avocado & Cherry Tomato salad and delicious Cous Cous. Finishing off the buffet was Warm New potatoes in herb butter.
With such a large number of people to feed the serving time was staggered from 12-1:30pm, meaning that the buffet could be kept warm and replenished as dishes were enjoyed by the guests. As part of the catering package the clients plumped for the guests had the use of Hog Roast New Ross’s finest china crockery and cutlery, which was brought to and taken away from site by the team.
The food was a massive success! The clients and the guests were thrilled with the spread, there was something for everyone.
