Hog Roast Limerick feeds a family of fun-loving birthday guests!

Hog Roast Limerick’s latest event was Client Ivy’s magnificent 55th birthday party. Birthday girl Ivy worked with the team to put together a menu for her birthday celebration that met her needs and her budget. Young at heart Ivy was having a small party with her family to celebrate her birthday.

 

Hog Roast LimerickThe catering package that Client Ivy made with the Hog Roast Limerick team was based around the teams Gourmet Delivery service. This meant that all the dishes that formed the buffet for the party would be made at the Hog Roast Limerick kitchen by Chef Nathan and then delivered to the Clients home for her to serve to her guests. 

 

The menu that Chef Nathan created included lots of tasty dishes, it included delicious slow spit roasted turkey that was served with homemade sage and onion stuffing and fresh, juicy cranberries. There was also a vegetarian alternative of meat-free lasagne, which is a firm favourite at all of the team’s events. The rest of the buffet was made up of hot seasonal veg, new potato salad and a basket of soft rolls.

 

These dishes were all made by hand by Chef Nathan in the hours leading up to the 5pm delivery time. As soon as the delicious treats were cooked, Chef Nathan put them into large foil transport trays. These trays kept the food nice and hot as well as safe during the delivery, and once the foods were with Client Ivy and her 9 guests the food was immediately ready to serve.

 

As well as dropping off the food, Chef Nathan also delivered disposable crockery and cutlery for the guests to use. The rubbish from these disposable items, as well as from the buffet as a whole were later collected by the Hog Roast Limerick team and disposed of safely and responsibly.

 

Birthday girl Client Ivy was simply over the moon with the buffet Chef Nathan delivered! It was as hearty and tasty as she had dreamed of, not mention good value for money. It was a job well done.
