Hog Roast Galway recently catered a private party for Millie, who had asked us to cook a traditional hog roast to make pigs in buns for most of her forty guests, but she also needed a vegetarian option and wanted us to serve additional food to everyone as well. After perusing our menus, Millie decided on our halloumi and vegetable skewers for the vegetarians and sweet potato wedges and our homemade coleslaw – both of which everyone could enjoy.

On Sunday afternoon, our chef and catering assistants spent hours cooking a lovely hog and served the succulent pigs in buns, scrumptious skewers, tasty wedges and crunchy coleslaw to Millie and her hungry guests, who devoured the lot in record time!
