Our use a vital business tool for businesses of all sizes was once again proven true the other week as Hog Roast Duncannon was called in by one of our local partners to house their catering for their monthly all hands meeting. This meeting brought around 90 employees all to one room to have the heads of every department share what their teams have been doing and where they have supported on the businesses goals for the year so far, and what was still to come for 2023. This being an important business meeting that didn’t want a caterer getting in the way of it was the job of Hog Roast Duncannon to support from the background with our roast dining there to merely fuel the day. Not a problem for our team, we’re flexible and capable of adhering to the needs of every type of event no matter what they are, and no fuss dining is a staple of ours. We cook, we serve, we clean up and are back out the door without hassle or mess. We manage this because our mobile roasting machines are neat self-contained units that allow various things to be done at once.
For this event we thought a quick roll service with quick sides would work best. We had our hog roast used for fresh pulled pork filling and had an alternative of BBQ pulled jackfruit or gourmet sausages. These could be served with fries, coleslaw, and salad on the side for easy dining. We also served buffet style with guests coming up and being served straight from our prep stations to guest plates.
