Hog Roast Cashel Cooking A Feast For All The Senses!

When our new customer TJ contacted Hog Roast Cashel a few weeks back with regards catering his business event, he had been recommended to us by a colleague who had loved one of our traditional centrepiece hog roasts. TJ was sure that heaps of our amazing pigs in buns, made from a hog roast centrepiece, would be the perfect main feature for his corporate function, but he also happened to mention that he would have to find someone to cater additional options. What TJ needed was a vegetarian dish as well as some sides, so when we told him we could easily provide those too, he was delighted and we explained just how we can cater for guests with dietary needs as well as those with bigger appetites and those with differing personal tastes.

Hog Roast CashelHog Roast Cashel catering is all about choice and variety, as we’ve spent a long time attending all kinds of parties and events where we’ve often been asked to provide more food. With spit-roasted, barbecued and marinated meaty options, your carnivore guests will all be covered, while non-meat-eaters can enjoy their own homemade dish, such as skewered veg, stuffed mushrooms or quiche. Vegans and those on a plant-based diet can easily be catered too, as can guests with food intolerances or allergies, like gluten-free or dairy-free. And we also offer various special menus, like our loaded fries that are new for 2020, a winter warmer plated meal or our Southern Slow Roast, where you can treat your guests to three mains and four sides, and we can even make sides, starters, desserts and more.

For TJ’s vegetarian guests, he decided on our halloumi and vegetable kebabs, which we grill and serve in pitta bread with a Tzatziki dip, and they’re loved just as much as our famous pigs in buns.

On the day of the event at TJ’s business premises, Hog Roast Cashel cooked up a feast for all the senses and once the pig had sizzled to perfection and we’d carved off the crackling and sliced up the meat and freshly made the kebabs, the sixty guests lined up so that we could satisfy their hunger.
