Hog Roast Adare’s latest Client was the fabulously festive Angie. She was having a family party to celebrate Christmas, and she wanted only the very best for her and her 8 guests to enjoy!
Christmassy client Angie worked with the Hog Roast Adare team to come up with a thoroughly delicious buffet for her guests to enjoy. She wanted a luxurious buffet that would leave her family full and warm.
Chef Nathan was happy to be given this job. He arrived at Client Angie’s house where the party was taking place several hours before the 6pm serving time. There was plenty of space on the Clients patio for the cooking equipment, catering gazebo and lights, leaving Chef Nathan able to get on with the work without having to worry about the weather.
The main attraction at the buffet was the traditional turkey dish that would be on offer. Many people worry that slow spit roasted turkey is dry, but Chef Nathan is an expert in making sure that the meat is succulent and juicy. The turkey was served with homemade sage and onion stuffing and delicious fresh cranberries. But that wasn’t the only thing that was on offer!
The buffet was full of other tasty treats too, such as lots of platters of piping hot seasonal vegetables. There was also a big platter of tasty new potatoes that had been cooked in an herb butter. Finishing off the delicious meal was a basket of soft gluten free rolls and an assortment of dips and sauces.
As part of her catering package, Hog Roast Adare provided Client Angie with its finest china crockery and cutlery for her guests to use, as well as disposable napkins.
Once the guests had enjoyed the formal meal Chef Nathan quietly tidied away. He took the crockery and cutlery away from the venue to wash and reuse at future events. All the rubbish was also taken from site by Chef and disposed of responsibly, leaving Client Angie able to enjoy her party with her family.
