Julie’s birthday is at the end of June and she is currently finalising the details of her upcoming birthday party. She is planning on hosting a barbeque for friends and family at her home in Ireland, with the garden converted into a fun party venue with a marquee, speakers for music to be played, and a dance floor! As well as the entertainment, Hog Roast Roscrea has been hired to provide a delicious BBQ menu for the occasion. Our catering manager Nathan was happy to get involved with this event as it sounded like it would be great fun!
In preparation for this event, Nathan and the Hog Roast Roscrea team will be arriving at Julie’s home in the afternoon, giving us plenty of time to barbeque the dishes before the 8:00pm serving time. Our menu will include a variety of main dishes, including succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes will be served alongside fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. For the side dishes, the guests can enjoy homemade chips, sweet potato fries, gourmet coleslaw, a green leaf salad, and mac and cheese. We are expecting this menu to go down a treat as there as so many dishes for every guest to enjoy. Our catering will be well-needed fuel for the guests to keep partying throughout the evening!
