Your hog roast centrepiece – which is a theatrical sight to behold – will slowly roast to perfection as you chow down on your starter and once it’s ready, it’s served buffet-style along with side dishes of coleslaw, a selection of seasonal leaves with cucumber and peppers, our tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad and a choice of potatoes (which you decide on in advance) – either roasted new potatoes with garlic and rosemary or buttered new potatoes in chives.
