Having previously struggled with accommodating the needs of all of his guests and finding enough space in his freezer to store his big Christmas shop, Callum had decided that he deserved a break this year – and we couldn’t have agreed with him more! While he did initially consider asking our caterers to take over, he still wanted to be the one to control the serving times and ingredients used. So, in the end, he decided that he would benefit more from hiring our HogMaster over Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
