We are also well-known for providing plenty of other options too, including speciality menus like our winter warmer, with your choice of meat potatoes and vegetables, as well as all the trimmings you know and love, or our new loaded fries menu, where we smother French fries in brisket or pulled pork, as well as slaw, melted cheese and jalapenos. Whatever menu you’re thinking of, we’ll help you to create a party or event that will have your guests talking about the delicious food served for a long time to come, like for Phil, one of our new corporate customers.
When Phil asked Hog Roast Bray to cater a party for his employees, where he wanted to treat them for all their hard work, he had no idea of the great array of culinary possibilities that we have on offer. He decided on our amazing pigs in buns for the carnivores, as well as veggie skewers for the vegetarians, and on Wednesday afternoon, our dedicated chef and catering assistants cooked a great feast for more than fifty guests.
After slow-roasting a local hog for more than five hours and then grilling the rainbow of veg and halloumi for the skewers, our team served lots of fresh, tasty food to Phil and his guests and by the end of service, it had all been completely devoured.
