Since his parents both turn 70 in 2021, Mark planned to host a joint birthday celebration for them both to enjoy. He began planning their birthday party, complete with a decorated marquee, a live band, and some delicious catering. For the food, he contacted our catering manager Nathan to discuss which menu would be perfect for the 90 party guests. Together they decided on the Hog Roast Dining menu since it contains many delicious dishes and is the ideal level of formality for the party.
On the day of the event, we prepared our catering station next to the marquee and began preparing the dishes. For the main course, we provided whole-roasted sirloins of English beef, spit-roasted English lamb, and vegetable and halloumi skewers for vegetarian guests. The mains were served with gourmet coleslaw, tomato and mozzarella salad, seasonal leaves, and dauphinoise potatoes. The selection of dishes provided a delicious menu for the guests to choose from, allowing them to create their perfect meal.
Our Hog Roast Durrus waiting staff laid the tables with crockery and cutlery, creating a formal feel to the evening as the guests enjoyed our delicious catering. Once the meal had been enjoyed we wrapped up any leftovers and got to work discretely clearing away our catering station.
