Many people have raved about Hog Roast Dromod’s antipasti platters which were only really available as alternative starter for weddings. Now you can enjoy them as a party package! Served on rustic wooden boards dressed with rocket are a medley of the finest meats such as Parma ham and a selection of scrumptious cheeses including gorgonzola surrounded by tasty nibbles of mixed olives, cheese stuffed mini peppers and sun-dried tomatoes. The antipasti platters are served with artisan breads, breadsticks and dipping condiments of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The boards create a party in the mouth.

hog roast DromodThe platters are then followed by the main course, a whole roasted pig with all the trimmings of stuffing, crackling, soft bread rolls and sauces. The tender and juicy meat is accompanied by three fresh salads of your choice. Hog Roast Dromod recommends the sweet cherry tomato and creamy buffalo mozzarella salad with fresh basil leaves, crunchy homemade coleslaw and simple but tasteful mixed green salad. A potato option is also included in this menu, hot herb-buttered new potatoes go well with the freshly prepared salads and skin-on fries are always enjoyed by all guests.

To finish you have the most glorious and divine desserts to choose from with something for everyone. The zesty lemon tart is heavenly, and the chocolate torte is particularly indulgent. The profiteroles are light and fluffy and present as a tower on a light biscuit base.
