I’ll admit, when my wife booked Hog Roast Blessington Abbey to cater a small family barbecue at home for us, I was a little bit offended. Was she insulting my BBQ skills? I am so glad she hired you guys! We still got to enjoy (huge portions of) amazing barbecue food, but I actually got to relax and chill with my family instead of slaving away over the grill which was really special. That BBQ is one of my most treasured memories from his year so far, so thank you!
