Hog Roast Dundalk – Catering For A Two-Day Religious Conference

At Hog Roast Dundalk we know that finding the right catering service can be tricky business for a lot of people, but our team of experienced staff are proud to be able to offer the perfect solution! With an array of bespoke packages and a trustworthy band of hands-on caterers that can turn their chef’s hats to anything, we have something to offer everyone no matter what event they have in mind; and recently our team were called in to assist Lagan Valley Vineyard with a conference they had been planning.

Hog Roast Dundalk As one of Lisburn’s fastest-growing churches, LVV is always looking for new and exciting ways to demonstrate their faith, and last weekend saw the congregation of 125 people embark on a two-day spiritual journey of faith healing with Dennis Bournes. Knowing that the attendees would be sure to have an appetite after completing the jam-packed itinerary, a church representative made arrangements with Hog Roast Dundalk’s catering manager Nathan to serve up our classic hog roast menu with added side options, a couple of meat-free alternatives and a handful of gluten-free rolls for intolerant guests.

On the morning of the 22nd, the Hog Roast Dundalk catering crew loaded up the van and followed the GPS instructions until they found themselves entering Blaris Industrial Estate and with no time to waste, they threw themselves into making preparations for the evening meal. Finally, after six hours of working tirelessly (which they made look completely effortless!) the team announced the completion of the buffet, immediately catching the attention of the hungry guests!

With so much food on offer from the succulent carvings of meat and savoury stuffing to the grilled vegetable skewers with optionable haloumi, freshly tossed mixed salads and golden chips, the guests didn’t know where to begin! It didn’t take long though before the attendees each collected one of our wooden plates and matching cutlery before sating their appetite with the mouth-watering grub which had them returning for extra helpings throughout the evening.

We’re pleased to share that both nights were a huge success and the LVV congregation couldn’t get enough of Hog Roast Dundalk’s cooking!
